TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

  • All studio time must be booked through our online portal.

  • Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients purchasing packages will receive credits in their account, which may be applied toward future sessions.

  • Studio hours and package credits are non-refundable but do not expire and may be transferred to another individual or client upon approval.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Reschedules must be completed at least 24 hours before the session. No rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours of your booking. If you cancel within that window, a new booking will be required to reserve studio time again.

 

3. Session Use & Overage

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Additional time may be billed in 30-minute increments, subject to availability.

 

4. Content Ownership

All raw and edited content created during your session is owned by the client. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, clients grant CON10T STUDIOS™ the right to use select clips or photos from sessions for internal or promotional use (e.g., social media, website, marketing). If a client does not wish for their content to be used, they must submit a written request in advance.

 

5. Equipment & Studio Care

Clients are expected to treat the studio space and equipment with respect. Damages resulting from misuse or negligence may result in repair or replacement fees.

 

6. Editing & Deliverables

Editing hours are quoted per project. Turnaround time varies based on scope and will be discussed at the time of booking or editing request. Unused editing hours do not expire.

 

7. Refund Policy

Studio sessions and packages are non-refundable. Unused credits can be transferred to another individual or client upon approval.

 

8. Liability Waiver

Clients agree to hold CON10T STUDIOS™ harmless for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during studio use.

 

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating our policies or engaging in conduct that disrupts our team or space.

 

10. Agreement

By booking with CON10T STUDIOS™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
